Joshua Diaz

Joshua Diaz was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where he majored in Political Science and minored in History. Joshua graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in the top 10% of his classin 2024.

While in law school, he was a Staff Writer for the 54th Volume of The St. Mary’s Law Journal, made Dean’s List a total of five semesters, and was a member of the honorary academic Harlan Society, which was comprised of the top 10% of graduatinglaw students. While in law school, Joshua interned for a private criminal defense firm, where he researched important issues in various cases and assisted with preparation for trials.

Joshua has always believed it was his role in society to help people in some form or fashion. The practice of law has opened up an avenue for Joshua to pursue this desire of zealously advocating for clients and pushing insurance companies to compensate clients fairly. Joshua will keep fighting for you and won’t back down no matter what the challenge is lying ahead.
